Torroella de Fluvià's subsidiary planning regulations (NNSS) is the municipality's urban planning cartographic instrument that directs the development of the municipal territory. The set of geographic information of the Torroella de Fluvià NNSS consists of a set of planning and information plans; all of them in PDF format. The planning areas of the municipality defined by the plans of the NNSS are: General and organic structure of the territory, Soil classification and zoning of the urban soil of the urban areas of Torroella de Fuvià, Vilacolum and Sant Tomàs de Fluvià.
